Why We’re Right For You
They excavated half of our basement that was all dirt and then put up retaining walls that extended to the foundation. After doing a lot of research, I chose M. Leon to do our foundation repair because they were recommended by several other contractors and they gave me the best price. Pascal and the workers were all lovely people and easy to have in and out of my house for three months. They resolved all of my concerns quickly and went above and beyond the scope of the contract on some of the details. Our neighbors had the exact same work being done on their house at the same time, and M.Leon finished our job at least a month ahead of them. I've already recommended them to another neighbor (we all have the same basement issues) and would recommend them to anyone who asked. They worked hard and did a great job. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

We own two houses in NE Portland that were built in 1929 and 1930. These houses invariably have problems with water leaking into the basement. We have used M.Leon construction for several basement waterproofing issues and two other construction projects. This is a fantastic company to work with. Manuel knows what he is talking about. Show him the problem and he has the experience to diagnose what is causing it. He also comes up with good cost effective solutions to solve the problem. He does not just try to "seal up a wall", he will fix the problem. They respond quickly, give fair, reasonable estimates. The work crews are always on-time, and the work is always completed as promised. They are very neat when working, and we have always been extremely happy that they take so much care to making things look good when they leave. You have to look closely to see that a major repair just happened around the foundation or in the yard. We have never had another problem after their repairs. I would not hesitate to contact M.Leon.

We got a quote from several contractors to fix some water in a crawl space in a home we are purchasing, and M Leon was one of the quotes. They were by far the most thorough, and they didn't just look at the crawl space but reviewed the entire property to address the root cause of the water. Their quote was very competitive and offered a better solution than any other bid we received. They were extremely helpful and communicated every step of the way. Once the work began Christine, the project manager, met me at the property and touched base with me every day to let me know how the project was progressing. We had a few unforeseen issues along the way and M Leon went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, even items not in the original bid! Their entire team is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The owner even came out one day just to check on the project. They will be my go to contractor from now on!
